Anxiety/Depression
Does your life feels like too much— heart racing, thoughts spiraling, overwhelming problems? Or maybe it feels like too little—numb, disconnected, or flat? Anxiety and depression can show up in so many ways, often as protective responses to overwhelm, stress, trauma, or unmet needs. In our work together, we’ll gently explore what these symptoms are trying to communicate. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and connection, creating space where all parts of you are welcome.
I draw from trauma-informed practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, and parts work (IFS-informed) to help you process the past, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self.
